I was saddened to learn that Bill has died. I last saw him at his wedding about a 100 yrs ago. We had some great fun in HS. Bill had this 1949 or 50 Ford. Stick shift on the column. No big deal except Bill was a polio victim and had to push his leg to shift. One night during a snow storm we went to the top of the hill on West Chester Pike above Lawrence Road. Bill, got that car going and then down shifted sending the car spinning down the pike. This brought great glee to those of us inside. Crazy times.
